Hầu như giữ lại nguyên bản thiết kế giày Brogue từ thế kỷ XVI, De Plage tập trung ở khâu hoàn thiện các chi tiết thủ công tỉ mỉ và tiêu biểu là brogue (đục lỗ) và fringe (tua rua). Made in 100% genuine leather, including the lining, using traditional handcrafted shoemaking techniques. This design is one of De Plage’s most technically demanding projects to date, requiring an extensive amount of time and craftsmanship to complete.
Remaining largely faithful to the original Brogue shoe design dating back to the 16th century, the focus is placed on the meticulous hand-finished details, most notably the signature brogue perforations and fringe accents. The silhouette features a square toe, while hidden elastic inserts at the heel and vamp make the shoes easier to slip on and off while helping reduce heel slippage during wear.
